You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Manhattan Wine Company that you are at least 21 years of age. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.

Please allow 3-5 business days prior to shipping to pull, assemble and process your order. If your order is time sensitive, please enter a note in the Customer’s Notes section of our online order form or contact us to make special arrangements (973) 574-8701. All wine is sold subject to prior sale and final confirmation.

We accept US bank checks, certified bank checks, wires, ACH transfers, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express as a form of payment. We only accept non-certified bank checks issued from United States’ banks. Please note that in order to reduce fraud we will require all first time buyers using a credit card to telephonically confirm their order after submitting it through our website. If you are a first time buyer with MWC purchasing with a credit card, please note that your order will not be processed until we have been able to telephonically verify your order. In order to expedite the verification process, please submit an accurate telephone number with your order.

All orders are processed through Floral Park Wine & Liquor, Inc. All storage and logistics services are processed through Manhattan Wine Company, LLC.

We deliver within the New York City metro area in our Company-owned, temperature-controlled vehicle. Deliveries outside of metro New York may be shipped via third-parties such as UPS and FedEx. All packages are securely packed for transportation, and you may be charged for packaging if required. Delivery and shipment rates vary and are quoted on an individual basis. Please call (973) 574-8701 if you would like to inquire further about our shipping and delivery policies, including the availability of transit insurance.

A restocking or cancellation fee of 25% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed.

The Company attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. However, MWC does not warrant that wine descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Upon request, we will provide pictures of any wine offered on our website. If any wine offered by the Company is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact the Company within seven (7) business days of your receipt of the wine. We will replace or refund such defective wines once they have been returned to us and found to have been defective at the time of shipment from our facilities.

All orders are subject to availability. We will not be subject to liability as a result of not being able to fill any order. MWC reserves the right to make price corrections and to contact you in the event of a pricing error.

From time to time, we may delay your shipment in order to prevent possible damage to your wine due to temperature extremes. In all cases where we delay shipment due to weather, we will hold your wine in our temperature controlled storage facility in a temporary storage account (free of charge) until the weather is more conducive for shipment. If we notify you of our intent to delay shipment due to weather conditions, and you elect to disregard our shipping advice, we will require, as a condition of shipment, that you execute a shipping Waiver of Liability form.

MWC holds the highest respect for our clients and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By purchasing or registering with us, you will automatically be added to our email distribution list. If at anytime you would like to be removed from our email distribution list, you may click on the Unsubscribe option at the bottom of any of our emails or simply contact us and we will remove your from our email distribution list immediately.
