Tasting note: Domaine de Chevalier From an assemblage of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30%
Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc, the wine shows a deep
ruby color. With little effort, complex aromas of smoke, truffle,
cassis, black cherry, earth and oak scents are easy to find. The wine is
rich, concentrated and offers dark, earthy, black fruit that ends with a
long, pure, blackberry and cassis filled finish.
(93-95pts, Jeff Leve, Thewinecellarinsider.com)

Tasting note: This is loaded, with layers of gorgeous plum sauce, linzer torte and
blackberry fruit melding beautifully with charcoal, spice and anise. The
long, dark finish has some power in reserve, but it's rounded and
enticing. (92-95pts. JM, Wine Spectator)

Tasting note:
Intense purplish crimson. Precise expression of fruit on the nose, with scents of black cherry and vanilla. Exquisite feel on the palate - generously pulpy. Alive with vibrant and perky fruit. Shows charm and power. Terrific and impossible not to swallow! (91pts. Jean-Marc Quarin)
