Tasting note: The finest wine I have ever tasted from Marquis de Terme, this seamless beauty exhibits a dense ruby/purple color along with a big, sweet bouquet of licorice, seaweed, black currants, and spring flowers. Medium to full-bodied with silky tannins, a rich, concentrated mouthfeel, and a long, layered finish, it will benefit from 3-4 years of cellaring, and should evolve for 20-25 years. (89-91pts.
