Tasting note:
This has a very fragrant nose with apple blossom, lime leaf and a touch of honey. Very fresh and lifted...spring-like. The palate is very well balanced, not a powerful Sauternes but ethereally poised and focused, skipping blithely to an animated pear, honeysuckle and apricot finish. Very pretty, very complete and very outstanding." (96-98pts. NM, Wine Advocate)
Tasted: March 2010
Score: 96-98

Tasting note: Intense aromas of dried citrus fruit and honey follow through to a full body. Medium sweet, thick and layered, with sliced cooked apple notes and a delicate spicy finish. (90-93pts. JS, Wine Spectator)

Tasting note:
"My best rating ever given to this wine during a futures campaign.
This is a tremendous wine that I have tasted even better during this week than last Saturday. Showing a yellow green color with a very intense, noble, ethereal and sophisticated nose, it is both very fresh and powerful. Aromas are dominated by candied lemon. Superb on entry, the wine develops extremely aromatic with an insane level of concentration. This is an elixir of Doisy Daene! It performs very melting; finishing noble and very fresh over a great and complex finish. Totally impossible not to swallow. Bravo.
Alcohol level: 14° – residual sugar : 145 gram per liter – A blend of 90% de sémillon, 10% de sauvignon."(95pts. JMQ, Jean-Marc Quarin)
