Tasting note: This is fresher than the Vigne au Saint with a bit more elegance as well with primarily red berry fruit-liqueur aromas that are liberally cut with wet stone and soft earth notes that continue onto the well-delineated flavors that possess a completely different mouth feel as here the palate impression is linear to the point of being almost strict as the minerality is almost pungent. Despite the austerity, this is really quite classy. (92-94pts. AM, Burghound)
