A pungently expressive nose offers up notes of straw, herb, floral and citrus rind that is in keeping with the rich, delicious and relatively fresh flavors that possess fine mid-palate detail on the sappy and beautifully intense finish brimming with minerality. Again, as with several of the wines in the range, there is limited depth but this manages to be quite appealing anyway. (89pts. Burghound.)
