Tasting note: A similar if slightly more deeply pitched aromatic profile introduces richer, fuller and somewhat more structured flavors that are underpinned by firmer tannins and the same dusty texture on the long, sappy and utterly delicious finish. This is a noticeable step up in depth and punch and the only nit is a very subtle touch of warmth. Lovely and recommended. (91 pts. Burghound)

Tasting note: Bright red. Musky aromas of cherry, mace, black cardamom and mocha. Deep, densely packed dark berry and bitter cherry flavors display impressive purity and chewy texture. Much less expressive today than the Pomarium-"for people with patience," says Wong. Finishes with outstanding lift and thrust. This really expanded with air, picking up sexy floral and mineral character.  (92(+?) points Josh Raynolds, Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar)
