Tasting note: A distinctly finer nose of red pinot fruit, earth, tea and floral notes merges into linear and notably mineral-infused flavors that are very structured and it's not clear that this won't dry out over time. Perhaps this is just at an awkward stage but the balance is presently compromised though to be clear this is by no means unpleasant, just not as refined as what one typically finds with the best examples of Frémiets.
