Tasting note: Pale yellow-gold. Deep, brooding, nobly rotten aromas of apricot, pineapple, spices, honey, truffle and game. Fat, thick and honeyed, with a softer and more unctuous texture than the 2007. But the exhilarating notes of musky brown spices give a magically light touch to the palate-staining fruit flavors of pineapple syrup and apricot. Tasting note: Pale yellow color. Very aromatic nose, appearing all fine, fruity, floral and complex at the same time. Smelling of pear, it offers a cautious precision and complex palate of noble and crystal touch. This wine melts on the palate and leaves a quite extraordinary taste of pear and Corinth grapes.
