Tasting note: Saturated, deep ruby-red. Noble, coolish
aromas of black raspberry, minerals, smoked meat and flowers.
Superconcentrated and strikingly primary, with powerful black fruit
flavors hardened a bit by CO2 Finishes with a serious whiplash of
flavor. The wine's major tannins will require a decade or more of
