Tasting note: Palish green-straw color. Lime, resiny oak, butterscotch, earth and some heat on the nose. Juicy and reasonably intense but hard-edged, with fruit currently overshadowed by earth and oak. Finishes rather harsh, with a flavor of pear eau de vie Today I don't find enough fruit flavor.
