Tasting note: This always was one of the great wines of the vintage and it is now drinking perfectly with expressive, fully mature, beautifully complex aromas of white flowers and a hint of oatmeal followed by elegant, pure and round flavors that offer a lovely touch of finishing minerality. There is class, power and just enough cut to insure that this remains balanced. Drink up. (89pts. Allen Meadows, AKA “The Burghound”)
