Tasting note: This is a positively gorgeous wine and one of the now relatively rare '69s that is still in prime condition with a still fresh and vibrant, wonderfully complex nose of surpassing elegance and purity followed by rich, full, sweet and beautifully textured flavors overlaid atop a solid base of minerality, all wrapped in stunning length. This show absolutely no signs of tiring and indeed, this should drink well for another 15 to perhaps 20+ years. A great and most impressive effort. Tasted just once. (93pts.
