All wine is sold by MJR Wines, Inc and your invoice and credit card statement will show "MJR Wines, Inc." Shipping/delivery costs, if any, will be invoiced and charged by Manhattan Wine Company, LLC. You must be 21 years of age to purchase wine, and the person receiving the wine must provide identification proving they are over the age of 21. Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders exceeding $5,000 USD must be paid for by bank check, wire, or ACH payment. Customers ordering from outside of the United States must pay by wire or ACH payment.
